Arrive AI Inc. is developing Arrive Points: smart lockers and small transfer facilities where drones, robots, delivery providers and people can securely leave and collect goods without arriving at the same time. It provides the exchange infrastructure, not the drones that deliver to it. The company plans to target healthcare operations first, including hospitals, laboratories and pharmacies.
Commercial operations began in 2025 and revenue remains limited. Most revenue to date has come from design and consulting services, with Hancock Health supplying almost all revenue. Customers also pay installation fees and subscriptions for Arrive Points. Consulting and installation are generally one-off projects; subscriptions provide recurring payments. The company intends to expand subscriptions into a service covering hardware, software, installation and ongoing support. Its ALM Marketplace, which would manage demand for delivery slots and space, and AI Services using network data are planned revenue sources, not established businesses.
Expansion depends on customers adopting and renewing the service, additional funding, and delivery partners obtaining the approvals needed to operate, including access to airspace and wireless spectrum. Arrive AI also relies heavily on technology licensed exclusively from its CEO, Daniel O’Toole. A material breach of that license could cost it exclusivity, and termination could effectively end some or all operations.
The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.
Every company claims an edge. Each one is checked against hard numbers like margins and returns: which hold, and which line gives way first.
Arrive AI currently depends heavily on Hancock Health and needs more customers to adopt its access points for autonomous deliveries, where it names Matternet and Valqari as direct competitors.

Arrive AI’s report will show whether revenue is shifting from project work for a concentrated customer base toward repeat Arrive Point subscriptions.
Compare subscription revenue with consulting and installation revenue, and check how much total revenue comes from the largest customer. More subscription revenue alongside a smaller largest-customer share would show Arrive AI is turning deployments into repeat income and reducing dependence on one customer. If one customer and project services still dominate, recurring demand and customer diversification remain unproven.
