Company

Company overview

Amaze Holdings provides the tools and coordinates the suppliers that let creators and brands turn their audiences into merchandise buyers. Its Amaze platform helps them set up storefronts, design products, take payments and arrange production and delivery. Fans buy through creators’ stores, while other consumers buy through its marketplace. Merchandise purchases supply most of the company’s revenue, with production suppliers and creators receiving part of the sale proceeds.

The company also charges subscriptions for hosting custom domain names with selected options. It still sells Fresh Vine wines through distributors and directly to consumers, but this legacy business is no longer its strategic focus.

The commerce business depends on attracting and retaining creators and brands whose audiences buy products. It also relies on third parties to manufacture and deliver those products, and on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok Shops to reach audiences. Amaze has limited control over those platforms’ rules and visibility. Its continued operation depends on generating cash from the business or raising additional capital; the company has disclosed substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.

Amaze’s results hinge on winning creators and turning their audiences into merchandise and subscription buyers, while Patreon and WooCommerce offer competing monetization and storefront options outside this list.

  • Shopify competes for the merchants Amaze needs to attract: both offer storefronts, subscriptions and commerce tools, and Amaze explicitly names Shopify as a competitor. Shopify’s revenue from merchants subscribing to its commerce platform is the line to watch for demand for these tools.
