Company

Company overview

AIOS Tech Inc. connects small and medium-sized businesses seeking financing with investors. It designs financial products and helps issue, distribute and manage them, charging the businesses one-time advisory fees. This financing service contributes the larger share of revenue from its continuing businesses; IT services provide the other main source.

Through Hong Kong-based YD Network, it builds customized software and connects clients’ systems with cloud technology. Financial institutions use its solutions to digitize business processes and support risk controls. Clients generally pay fixed project fees at milestones, including delivery testing and final acceptance. Customized data platforms and AI models also earn project fees, while standardized data platforms and AI Customer Service Suites earn recurring subscriptions.

The company sold its former mainland China financing and supply-chain businesses and has only a short operating history in its new technology businesses. Revenue is concentrated among a small group of customers, and major customers place individual orders rather than commit to long-term contracts. A substantial share of revenue also depends on cooperation with technology, cloud and data partners.

Its Hong Kong services must meet privacy and data-security requirements. Financial-sector engagements can require auditable systems, regulatory access and local data storage; failure to meet those requirements can disqualify it from client work.

After selling its legacy business, AIOS Tech Inc. depends on financing mandates from small and medium-sized businesses and IT-project spending by a concentrated customer base in Hong Kong and other overseas markets, not the industrial businesses its industry code suggests.
