Company

Company overview

Firefly Neuroscience serves neurology and psychiatric clinics in the United States. Clinicians use its Evoke System to record brain electrical activity at rest and in response to stimuli—tests known as EEG and ERP. The Firefly Platform analyzes these recordings in the cloud, compares them with a reference database and returns structured reports to support clinical decisions.

Services account for most revenue. Clinics also pay tiered monthly subscriptions that include Evoke System access, a set assessment allowance, analytics and reporting. Additional assessments incur per-scan charges, linking subscription income to clinician use. Commercial adoption remains early and revenue is still limited; the business depends on clinics adopting and using its products, while operations continue to rely on external financing.

The Evoke System and BNA Platform have FDA clearance, but Firefly cannot promote uses or claims outside those clearances. New uses or significant changes may require further regulatory clearance. Israeli grant rules also restrict moving grant-funded manufacturing or know-how outside Israel without approval.

Firefly Neuroscience’s results hinge on clinics adopting its Evoke EEG/ERP assessment platform and performing more assessments, rather than on the general software demand driving these candidates.
