Company

Company overview

Ambitions Enterprise Management Co. L.L.C operates through its UAE subsidiaries, Hunter Dubai and Multiple Dubai. Clients pay them to plan and run events, principally conferences and exhibitions in Dubai. They coordinate venues, exhibition booths and guest reception, as well as transport, meals and accommodation for larger events. Event-management fees account for most of the company’s revenue.

The same business also arranges travel for event participants and other travelers. It earns service fees for visa assistance and airport pickup, and earns the difference between negotiated supplier rates and what it charges clients for hotel, restaurant and vehicle-rental arrangements. Transportation ticketing and hotel reservations also generate commissions paid by travel suppliers, but contribute much less revenue than event management.

The business depends on demand for travel and events in the UAE and on outside providers delivering the services it arranges. It buys flight tickets directly from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), which accounts for a substantial share of its purchases. Regional economic and security conditions affect travel demand and access. The subsidiaries must also obtain and maintain the licenses and approvals needed to operate; failures can restrict or halt their services.

The risk section is the longest, dullest part of the filing. This keeps only what can really hurt you: where it hits, how hard, when it plays out.

Ambitions depends chiefly on demand for Dubai conferences and exhibitions and regional travel conditions, with ADNEC Services among its named local event-management and tourism competitors.

  • BUUU Group Limited and Ambitions both earn fees from customers organizing in-person events, so corporate event spending matters to both, though BUUU plans and runs events in Hong Kong while Ambitions organizes Dubai conferences and exhibitions. BUUU’s event-management revenue is the line to watch for a comparison of demand, rather than a direct gauge of Dubai business.
