Company

Company overview

AGM Group Holdings supplies machines that customers use to mine Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, including its own KOI MINER C16 and C21 series. Sales of mining machines and standardized computing equipment provide most of its revenue. Customers generally buy on credit and pay cash after delivery under short payment terms.

The business depends on demand for Bitcoin mining equipment and on customers’ ability to pay, which is tied to conditions in their local industries. A small group of customers supplies most of the revenue, while one supplier accounts for nearly all supply costs, making timely deliveries from that supplier particularly important.

The company sold AGM HK, a subsidiary that sold mining machines and computing equipment, in 2025 and has disposed of all its mainland Chinese subsidiaries. It also ceased its former foreign-exchange brokerage business and suspended all activity on AGM Trade to comply with mainland Chinese laws, regulations and policies.
