Company

Company overview

Advanced Biomed Inc. has exited biotechnology and now focuses on FinTruth, developed and operated by its acquired Hong Kong subsidiary, Acellent Technologies (Hong Kong) Co. Limited. FinTruth is its sole customer-facing product. It checks AI-generated financial output against source documents and financial rules, linking claims and numbers back to supporting evidence so users can review them. Its target customers include banks, securities firms, insurers, asset managers and auditing firms.

Customers can use FinTruth in a browser, connect it to their own software or install it on their own infrastructure. The company plans to charge enterprises by usage or subscription, with license and maintenance fees for installations on customer premises. It has not yet earned customer revenue from FinTruth itself; all FinTruth-related revenue so far has come from agency service fees.

The business depends on turning pilot projects into paid contracts and on financial institutions adopting AI tools that need independent verification. The company plans to sell both directly and through financial technology and AI partners. Expansion into mainland China could trigger AI filing, security-assessment and data-handling requirements that may limit how FinTruth is offered and how customer data reaches its international cloud infrastructure.

Having exited biomedical operations, Advanced Biomed Inc.’s results now hinge on turning FinTruth pilots into paying financial-institution and enterprise customers and recurring AI-software revenue, not on the healthcare demand driving the related-company candidates.
